"What You Upload is What You Get"
The artwork submitted will be printed as is, without alterations, unless an additional fee is paid for services like resizing, touch-ups, or background modifications. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that files are uploaded in accordance with their preferences.
Resizing, Touch-ups, and Background Changes:
Additional fees will apply if you require resizing, touch-ups, or background alterations. Any modification requests must receive prior written approval before production begins. Payment and Chargeback Policy
Payment Authorization:
By placing your order, you authorize Print Collective to charge your provided payment method for the total amount due, including any applicable fees. Orders are processed immediately, and refunds will not be granted for errors stemming from incorrect file uploads.
No Chargebacks Policy:
All sales are final once the order is placed and payment is completed. Chargebacks and disputes regarding artwork submission mistakes, including sizing errors, color inconsistencies, or image resolution issues, cannot be accepted.
By placing an order, you agree to address any concerns directly with Print Collective prior to initiating a chargeback.
Refunds and Reprints: Refunds or reprints will only be provided if an error occurs on our part that contradicts the submitted order specifications. We do not issue refunds for discrepancies due to customer-uploaded files or incorrect expectations regarding print outcomes.
Customer Responsibilities
File Format and Quality:
Customers are required to upload high-resolution, print-ready files in the designated formats (such as PNG, TIFF, PDF, AI, PSD, EPS, etc.). Submitting low-resolution files may lead to compromised print quality, for which we cannot be held responsible.
Order Review:
It is the customer's duty to verify all order details, including artwork dimensions, before confirming the purchase. Changes requested after submission may incur additional fees and cause delays.
Agreement Acknowledgment
By completing your order, you confirm that you have read and understood the terms stated in this agreement. You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for ensuring your artwork complies with the necessary specifications, and that Print Collective is not liable for any issues arising from customer errors in file submission.
